I love RCC's approach to race equity work. While many organizations feel a great urgency to have better outcomes, often limited attention is paid to building strategy and "muscle' around cross-racial dialogue. RCC differentiates itself by taking a "yes, and" approach. "Yes, we have to use the tools we have now to make progress.
