Collaborator™ Connection

We believe it is essential to build capacity within systems to sustain systemic racial equity transformation efforts after our contract ends. This Collaborator™ Connection space is designed for certified individuals to network and support one another in an online community as they practice their deep implementation of systemic racial equity transformation throughout the systems of which they are an integral part. Collaborators come to this online networking hub to be immersed in our virtual community platform complimented with live (virtual) connection webinars, trainings and skill building opportunities with RCC Coaches. Our purpose is to continue to cultivate our collective racial consciousness to lead and inspire within our organizations and communities by using the RCC framework. Our RCC Tool is embedded within our current organizational roles, programming, communication, policy, practices, development, staff training, customer relations, and more. Here, in our Collaborator™ Connection, we have the network to evaluate our practices, gain additional support and perspectives, and go back out into our own spaces to dive deeper into racial equity implementation. Collaborators™ continue to grow in their authentic modeling of the Racially Conscious Collaboration Tool™ in the context of their areas of responsibility both personally and professionally. Organizations are able to continuously leverage Collaborators™ as racially conscious models and capacity builders throughout the organization for application, implementation and systemic change.
