About the event
About our Course:
The American Medical Association has identified racism as a public health threat. Race and racism are pervasive and persistent across all fields, from human resources, housing, health care, education, and experiences with the legal system and beyond. Racial disparities are being perpetuated unless your organization and its diversity, equity, and inclusion work were founded to be anti-racist, without intent or malice needed. Join us in this seminar to explore the path to racial consciousness and equity in your organization and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Participants will learn the hallmarks of healthy racial dialogue and anti-racist action.
