About the event
A 75-minute developmental learning experience designed to strengthen emotional awareness, communication, and relational capacity for navigating race and identity differences more effectively across workplaces, organizations, and communities. Through transformational storytelling, reflective practice, and the Racially Conscious Collaboration™ Tool, participants build practical strategies for strengthening communication, collaboration, conflict navigation, and engagement across difference in ways that support healthier teams, stronger workplace culture, and more effective organizational functioning. This experience also introduces foundational themes from Dr. Tony Hudson’s upcoming 2026 book, Since Racism Won’t Stop, Then We Won’t Stop: A Practice of Healthy Dialogue and Action with Racially Conscious Collaboration.
