About the Course:
What are the hallmarks of effective antiracist organizations? Participants will collaboratively share their noticing's about organizational strengths and challenges related to being anti-racist. Each participant will be introduced to the Racially Conscious Collaboration Six Hallmarks of effective anti-racist organizations. As frames, leaders will be able to begin the work of reframing their organizations as antiracist, and even use the six frames in strategic planning and the development of DEI plans. Participants will leave with an understanding of elements necessary to become an anti-racist organization no matter their sector. We at Racially Conscious Collaboration will bring over 20 years of experience leading and consulting with organizations to develop their anti-racist strategy and existence. There is no prerequisite.
