About the event
A 75-minute interactive leadership and strategy experience exploring how fear, backlash, organizational retrenchment, and the underuse of power shape responses to racial equity and inclusion work during difficult times. Through real case examples from leaders and organizations we are consulting with, participants explore how organizations are navigating the very real threats of the current environment while maintaining their values, strengthening workplace culture, and growing in their effectiveness across race and intersecting identity differences. Grounded in the Racially Conscious Collaboration™ Tool and six research-based hallmarks of effective leadership across difference, this experience helps participants leverage personal, relational, and organizational influence while interrupting fear-based patterns that undermine trust, belonging, retention, employee sustainability, workplace culture, and long-term organizational performance.
