About the event
A 75-minute facilitated learning experience exploring how the workplace experiences of Black women impact organizational culture, employee wellbeing, retention, communication, leadership, and long-term organizational effectiveness across sectors. Grounded in the Racially Conscious Collaboration™ framework, this conversation-centered session helps employees, managers, and organizational leaders better recognize systemic workplace patterns, navigate race and identity dynamics more effectively, and identify practical strategies for strengthening healthier, more equitable, and higher-functioning workplace environments.
