The Gathering
The Gathering is a cross-sector leadership convening for leaders from corporate, nonprofit, philanthropy, education, government, and community organizations who are committed to advancing racial consciousness, intersectional equity, and full humanity.
In a time of shifting racial climates, The Gathering provides a space for leaders to heal, learn, and collaborate so they can remain deeply rooted in their commitment to racial consciousness, intersectional equity, and full humanity. Hosted by Racially Conscious Collaboration, this inaugural Gathering also celebrates the launch of Since Racism Won't Stop, We Won't Stop: A Practice of Healthy Racial Dialogue and Action and marks the beginning of an annual leadership practice grounded in learning, relationship, and action.
