About the Course:

At this point you or your organization are more familiar with the RCC tool, and clearer about the path to sustaining racially conscious dialogue and systemic change action.  It is essential that we address the most potent manifestations of racism that keep White, as a color, culture, and consciousness elevated and dominant.  The price of the ticket to success in a racially dominant society is to elevate White, and to do so largely by constructing Black as the essential below (Black African American, Black Asian, Black Indigenous, Black Latinx . . .).
