In a moment when conversations about race and our journey to full humanity are experiencing constant threat, we need spaces to breathe, connect, and remember that we are not alone. On October 1, 2025 (12–1:30 PM CST), Racially Conscious Collaboration™ invites you to a gathering of honest dialogue, art, music, and community—created for those who know that race, and its intersections, still matter and deeply shape our personal and professional lives.
This is not a training—it’s a Pop Out! space created just for this moment. While we continue to offer our core leadership and organizational development services (including our new self-paced course in RCC University), this gathering on October 1, 2025 is something different. It’s intentionally designed for care, connection, and collaboration. We want you to know you are not alone.
