The inaugural Gathering 2026 brought together leaders from across corporate, nonprofit, philanthropy, education, government, and community sectors for a powerful convening rooted in racial consciousness, intersectional equity, and our shared humanity.

More than a conference, The Gathering was an intentional space for workplace leaders to connect, reflect, and grow. Together, we explored how to heal to lead forward, foster healthy racial dialogue and action, and adapt our leadership to shifting challenges in workplace racial equity.

Participants gained insights from Dr. Hudson’s Editor’s Choice Award-winning book and his acclaimed tool for healthy racial dialogue and action in the workplace. Used across sectors in the U.S. and internationally, the tool equips everyone from frontline employees to executive leaders to facilitate meaningful change.
